NO CHIPS OR NICKS. One of a kind find. I haven't seen anything like it. Strong UV reaction under 365. Heavy manganese content. Very desirable plate made in the 1940's. This sale is for one Hazel Atlas Moroccan Amethyst dinner plate. The 9" octagonal plates are purple in color and have a raised outer edge. The plates are made of heavy pressed glass. The plates were made in the USA in 1940. The plates are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.
