Dept 56 Christmas Original Snow Village Mrs. Claus Northwoods Nursery Pls Read

From what I can tell in comparing with other products, it’s missing the rotating tree on top, it’s also missing garland on the gable. There are no figurines included and there’s one chip I can see and possibly a missing chimney? Please check out the pics. I tested it for light up function only, with 4 AA batteries (not included). On the battery pack, there is another plug, but I’m not sure what that is for. I can only say that the village does light up.
