An exquisite rare large vintage Art Deco brooch in sterling silver with colorful enamel flowers covered with marcasite features. The brooch has three-dimensional flowers with thick colorful enamel petals in baby blue, buttercup yellow and garnet red with bright green leaves. A floral cup covered with marcasite rests at the base of petals with stems. Detailed green enamel leaves add accent. The enamel is very detailed and graduates in color with the flower tips bearing the deepest color. The pin is in excellent condition. The brooch measures a generous 3 inches tall and 1-1/2 inches wide at the top. Weight: 14 grams.
