This antique/vintage fire shovel, stamped 'NEVERBREAK FIRE SHOVEL', is a sturdy and reliable tool/display piece for any fireplace or hearth. Measuring 17 inches in length, it is made from durable cast iron with a copper/brown finish. The shovel was produced by Union Fork & Hoe Co, of Columbus, Ohio. Bears a patent from 1926. Solid construction, very little wear, Metal handle has hanging hole drill through it. Very nice item, brand and patent stamp still very visible and readable.
